Position Overview:

We are seeking a talented and motivated Software Developer to join our growing team. In this role, you will work on diverse projects, collaborate with experienced professionals, and contribute to the development of innovative software solutions.

Key Responsibilities:

• Design, develop, and maintain high-quality software applications.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define, design, and implement new features.
• Write clean, maintainable, and efficient code following best practices.
• Conduct code reviews and contribute to improving our development processes.
• Troubleshoot, debug, and optimize existing systems.
• Stay up to date with emerging trends and technologies in software development.

Requirements

• 8+ years of hands-on software development experience, with significant full stack work.
• Proven experience building complex, generic capabilities from scratch. Examples include form builders, rule engines, workflow engines, low-code/no-code platforms and metadata-driven systems.
• Deep back-end expertise:
• Design patterns, clean or hexagonal architecture, and Domain-Driven Design (DDD)
• Command/Query Responsibility Segregation (CQRS) and event-driven design
• Designing APIs and building systems that are extensible through plugins

• Strong experience designing generic data models, such as metadata-driven schemas, Entity-Attribute-Value (EAV) and dynamic or JSON-based models. You should understand their performance and maintenance trade-offs.
• Expert in C#, with both .NET Framework and .NET Core / modern .NET.
• Strong React skills: modern hooks, state management and building dynamic, component-driven UIs. Experience with TypeScript is expected.
• Experience designing or implementing domain-specific languages (DSLs), declarative syntaxes, parsers or expression evaluators.
• Good understanding of agentic software development (SDLC) practices, with proven hands-on use of AI coding agents and tools. You should know how to:
• Use agents for design, implementation, testing and refactoring
• Write effective prompts, skills and context for agents
• Verify and govern code that AI generates

• Strong grasp of testing strategies (unit, integration and contract tests) and continuous integration and delivery (CI/CD).
• Excellent communication skills, and the ability to explain complex technical ideas to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.

Nice to have

• Experience leading a development team or acting as tech lead on a greenfield product.
• Familiarity with JSON Schema, form or rule standards, or existing form frameworks such as Formly, JSON Forms or SurveyJS, and knowing where they fall short.
• Knowledge of SQL and NoSQL databases and of performance tuning for dynamic schemas.
• Cloud-native experience on Azure or similar platforms, with microservices and containers.
• Experience building agentic capabilities into products, such as AI-assisted form generation or rule authoring.
