  • Maintaining and improving monitoring, alerting, logging, and observability capabilities across services.
  • Developing meaningful dashboards, alerts, runbooks, and operational documentation to improve visibility and supportability.
  • Collaborating with engineering and platform teams to ensure services are operationally ready before deployment to production.
  • Automating repetitive operational activities and reducing manual interventions through innovative solutions.
  • Building and improving automated release-readiness checks and operational workflows.
  • Exploring and developing AI-driven solutions for incident management and operational efficiency.
  • Continuously driving improvements in reliability, scalability, standardization, and operational maturity.

You'll win us over by:

  • Holding an Engineering degree (B.E./B.Tech./MCA/M.Tech./M.Sc. or equivalent) with a strong academic record.
  • Having 4-8 years of relevant experience in Site Reliability Engineering, Production Operations, DevOps, Cloud Operations, or related roles.

  • Having hands-on experience with incident management, production support, and root cause analysis.
  • Demonstrating expertise in monitoring, alerting, logging, and observability practices.
  • Showing the ability to analyze logs, metrics, traces, and performance data to proactively identify and resolve issues.
  • Exhibiting strong troubleshooting and problem-solving capabilities in complex production environments.
  • Being passionate about automation, reliability engineering, and continuous improvement.
  • Possessing excellent communication, collaboration, and stakeholder management skills.
