JOB DESCRIPTION:

The Product Manager Salesforce is responsible for designing, implementing, maintaining and evolving Salesforce as Roiback’s customer-centric commercial operating system, ensuring that Marketing, Acquisition, Customer Success, Service Desk, Growth and Finance operate through connected, automated and reliable processes.

The role combines hands-on Salesforce implementation, database and data quality management, process automation, AI-enabled Salesforce tools and business understanding across the full customer lifecycle — from prospecting to customer growth and churn prevention.

Without this role, Roiback would lack the internal technical and operational capability required to further evolve Salesforce as a customer-centric commercial operating system, enabling the full customer lifecycle across Marketing, Acquisition, Customer Success, Service Desk and Growth

ACCOUNTABILITIES & RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Own and evolve Salesforce as the commercial operating system.
  • Implement Salesforce processes and automations hands-on
  • Ensure CRM data quality, database logic and reporting reliability
  • Enable customer-centric commercial processes
  • Drive AI-enabled Salesforce tools and system integrations
  • Manage Salesforce maintenance, support and adoption
  • Support CRM roadmap and cross-functional governance

Skills

  • Strong Salesforce technical knowledge, including configuration, flows, automation, objects, fields, permissions, roles and data model logic.
  • Strong hands-on Salesforce implementation capability, not only roadmap or partner management.
  • Solid database understanding, including data structure, data quality, duplicate management, data integrity and reporting dependencies.
  • Strong understanding of the end-to-end customer lifecycle, from prospecting and lead qualification to onboarding, account management, growth and churn prevention.
  • Strong customer-centric mindset, with the ability to design CRM processes around customer visibility, adoption, retention and growth.
  • Ability to translate business problems into Salesforce solutions, workflows and automated processes.
  • Understanding of AI-enabled Salesforce tools, automation opportunities and system integrations.
  • Strong analytical and conceptual skills, with ability to connect process, data and business outcomes.
  • Strong project management skills and ability to manage multiple requests, priorities and stakeholders.
  • Strong communication skills to work with business and technical stakeholders
  • Appreciation of risk management, especially around financial reporting, legal, compliance and data governance.
  • English proficient: minimum level B2 / fluent Spanish

Experience

  • Minimum 3–5 years of experience in Salesforce administration, CRM operations, CRM product ownership, business systems, revenue operations or commercial systems roles.
  • Proven hands-on experience implementing Salesforce processes, workflows, automations and CRM improvements.
  • Experience working with Salesforce integrations and external tools.
  • Experience with database management, data quality initiatives and reporting structures.
  • Experience supporting commercial teams across Marketing, Sales, Customer Success, Service Desk or Growth.
  • Previous experience in SaaS, B2B technology, hospitality technology or digital platforms is highly desirable.
  • Experience working with AI-enabled CRM tools, Salesforce AI features or automation platforms is a strong plus.
  • Experience coordinating with Finance, Legal, IT and business stakeholders on system governance is desirable.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Information Systems, Data, Business Technology or similar field strongly preferred
  • Salesforce Certified Administrator required
  • Salesforce Platform App Builder strongly preferred
  • Salesforce Sales and / or Service Consultant desirable
  • Salesforce AI / automation certifications or equivalent experience desirable
  • Additional knowledge of BI tools, SQL, data modelling, APIs or integration logic is a plus
