Candidates must have a proven track record as a Senior Business Analyst within the insurance or underwriting sector, specifically with experience in the Lloyd's or London Market. Strong skills in stakeholder engagement, requirements elicitation, and process mapping are essential for this role.

Full description

We are seeking an experienced Senior Business Analyst to support the same underwriting workbench implementation from a business and process perspective, ensuring that requirements accurately reflect operational underwriting needs and standard business practice.

Key Focus Areas:

  • Requirements gathering and elicitation across underwriting stakeholders
  • Business process mapping and process improvement
  • Production of standard Business Analysis deliverables and documentation

Key Deliverables:

  • Business requirements documents and process maps
  • Workshop facilitation outputs and stakeholder sign-off records
  • User stories and standard supporting BA artefacts
  • Ongoing input into requirements traceability and project documentation
  • Proven track record as a Senior Business Analyst on insurance or underwriting-related change programmes, ideally within Lloyd's / London Market.
  • Strong generalist BA skillset: stakeholder workshops, requirements elicitation, process mapping, and translation of business needs into clear documentation.
  • Confident engaging directly with business stakeholders and able to work independently within a wider project team.

Length: Initial 12 month contract
