Job Description & Summary
PwC CEE Cybersecurity Center team is made up of more than 200 specialists. We help companies design and build their digital resilience, create cybersecurity strategies, and assess cybersecurity maturity. Our team helps create and operationalize cybersecurity processes such as monitoring or incident response and supports clients in the implementation of specific security systems. We combine knowledge of business processes and present-day cyber threats with our consultants’ and engineers’ experience derived from the security audits and operational support services provided to SOC teams.
We are looking for: (Senior) Manager | Cybersecurity Consulting
Your future role:
- Lead cyber-regulatory, advisory and implementation projects in digital resilience, cybersecurity strategy, governance, cloud security and ICT risk management,
- Oversee cybersecurity assessments of cloud environments (Azure, AWS, GCP),
- Supervise reviews of IT systems and processes, evaluating compliance with standards and best practices and other cybersecurity-related assessments of IT systems, networks and data environments,
- Build Clients relationship and oversee sales and business development activities,
- Manage risk assessments for new initiatives, technologies and digital solutions,
- Collaborate with clients, internal teams, and stakeholders to ensure high‑quality delivery,
- Manage workstreams and mentor team members.
Apply if you have:
- Substantial experience in cybersecurity consulting, management, advisory, risk assessment or information security governance, including responsibility for client-facing delivery and project leadership,
- Experience in cloud security, cybersecurity audits or ICT risk evaluation,
- Experience in managing multiple projects simultaneously from both technical and delivery perspectives,
- Familiarity with security standards such as ISO27k or NIST,
- Knowledge of cloud security, data protection in cloud environments and regulatory requirements (NIS2, CRA, ISO 27001, ISO 22301, etc.),
- Higher education (e.g., IT, security, engineering, economics with IT elements),
- Very good command of English and Polish languages,
- Demonstrated strong analytical skills, the ability to work independently, and a proactive approach to tasks,
- Motivation for continuous professional growth, openness to innovative ideas, and readiness to embrace new challenges,
- Excellent interpersonal skills, enthusiasm for teamwork, and a genuine interest in building relationships.
Nice to have:
- Relevant professional certifications such as CISSP, CISM, CISA, CCSP,
- Experience in a consulting environment, including client-facing delivery, proposal development and stakeholder management.
