We are looking for a Backend Engineer with strong Golang experience to support the development and migration of a fast-growing SaaS product in the marketplace sector. The role involves contributing to scalable backend services in a flexible, collaborative setup. Occasional on-site work in Vilnius may be expected.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and maintain backend services using Golang.
  • Support migration activities for a growing SaaS product.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure scalable and reliable backend delivery.
  • Participate in technical and culture-fit interviews as part of the selection process.

Must-Have Requirements:

  • Strong hands-on experience with Golang backend development.
  • Experience working on SaaS products or scalable backend systems.
  • Ability to work flexibly in a changing project environment.
  • Lithuanian language skills and availability for occasional office work in Vilnius.
