Position Summary
The role of Project Manager is to be responsible for all aspects of managing several projects simultaneously while delivering consistent client Success. Project management responsibilities include all aspects of client and internal communications; confirming budget and scope; assigning, scheduling, and coordinating resources; monitoring, documenting project progress reports and ensuring prompt delivery of scoped work within budget.
The successful candidate will work directly with clients to ensure the deliverables fall within the applicable timeline, scope, and budget. He/she will coordinate with clients, internal departments, and external contractors to ensure all aspects of each project are accurate and completed to specifications.
The measurement of success is defined as someone who oversees projects to ensure they are completed in a timely fashion and within budget. The project manager should be detail-oriented and have excellent communication skills.
Key Responsibilities (Essential Functions)
- Act as the primary liaison between the delivery team, the client, and internal stakeholders.
- Determine, clarify, and define project scope and communicate this effectively to all stakeholders.
- Develop, maintain, and manage a detailed project schedule, budget and work plan using consistent, accurate, and comprehensive documentation to record project progress.
- Track project hours and costs to meet budget.
- Coordinate internal resources and third-party vendors needed to reach objectives and manage resources in an effective and efficient manner.
- Manage changes to the project scope, project schedule, and project costs using approved verification techniques and consistently report changes and progress to relevant stakeholders.
- Measure, document, and report project and internal resource performance using appropriate tools and techniques.
- Perform any additional job duties as requested by management to contribute to the overall success of the organization.
- Perform other related duties as assigned to support team and company objectives.
Required Qualifications:
- 2-4 years of proven working experience in project management.
- Demonstrated ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and the completion of projects according to outlined scope, budget, and timeline.
- Strong familiarity with project management software tools, methodologies, and best practices.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills: client-facing and internal.
- Ability to prioritize and plan work activities.
- Detail oriented and comfortable with logistical planning.
- Ability to adapt to changes in the work environment, manage competing demands and can deal with frequent changes, delays or unexpected events. Adaptable /flexible in changing/uncertain environments.
- Self-motivated, reliable, and able to thrive in a fast-paced team environment.
- Ability to successfully present technical information.
Preferred:
- Certifications such as PMP or CAPM (PMI), PRINCE2, Agile/Scrum certs, and/or ITVIL 4
- Practical experience with:
- PSA/ticketing tools, like Autotask.
- Documentation/knowledge platforms like IT Glue
Work Environment & Physical Requirements

- Occasional travel is required to client sites or StoredTech offices (estimated 20%).

Work Schedule
- Standard schedule: Monday–Friday, 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM.
- Flexibility required for occasional after-hours meetings or travel based on client and business needs.
Compensation & Benefits
- Salary Range: $80,000-$100,000
