How You Will Make an Impact

  • Lead requirements gathering through interviews, workshops, and documentation sessions
  • Translate business needs into clear and actionable functional specifications
  • Assess existing risk-related business processes and identify opportunities for strengthening or automation
  • Partner with development teams to guide solution delivery and ensure business alignment
  • Support all project lifecycle stages including testing, training, and deployment
  • Facilitate communication between risk teams and technology groups
  • Produce documentation, reports, and dashboards that support business decision-making
  • Drive Agile activities, ensuring transparency and delivery consistency

Requirements

Are you an experienced Risk-Focused Business Analyst ready to make an impact?

You will need:

  • 10+ years of Business Analyst experience within banking or financial services
  • Hands-on expertise in Credit Risk, Market Risk, or Enterprise Risk
  • Demonstrated experience supporting full project lifecycle initiatives
  • Strong background working within Agile project environments
  • Proficiency with tools such as Excel, Visio, JIRA, and documentation platforms
  • Ability to translate complex risk/business needs into technical requirements
  • Strong problem-solving, communication, and stakeholder engagement skills
  • Bachelor s degree required
  • Preferred: CBAP, PMI-PBA, Tableau, regulatory exposure (Basel/CCAR)
