BRMi is seeking a IT Engineer - Network Administrator

Salary: 110k-140k

**Can be 100% remote in TX, VA, MD, DC, or FL**

**High Profile roles may require candidates to fly to customer HQ for in person interview (expenses paid)**

Qualifications

  • Experienced in managing Palo Alto firewalls (5+ years)
  • Knowledgeable in conversation of layer 4 rules to layer 7 using userID and appID
  • Understanding of creating custom appID’s
  • Has managed Palo Alto infrastructure (upgrades, patches, configurations)
  • Preferred – Experienced in managing Checkpoint firewalls in an IaaS environment
  • Preferred – Deployed Palo Alto firewalls in an IaaS environment
  • Preferred – Ability to leverage python scripts to automate tasks
  • Network Administrator Engineer manages and maintains an organization’s network infrastructure, ensuring security, performance, and reliability
  • Expertise in networking protocols and devices
  • Proficiency in firewalls, routers, and VPNs
  • Experience with network monitoring tools
