Senior Project Manager
Planning & Project Controls professional with 14+ years of experience in high-rise, luxury residential, hospitality, mixed-use, villas, healthcare, and infrastructure projects across the UAE, KSA, and Egypt. PMP, PMI-SP, RMP certified with strong expertise in Primavera P6, delay analysis, and contractual claims management under FIDIC.
Core Responsibilities & Expertise
• Lead development, review, and approval of Baseline, Recovery, and Commissioning Programs ensuring compliance with contract requirements and authority regulations.
• Develop and maintain master schedules, detailed construction programs, procurement schedules, and engineering submittal trackers.
• Monitor project progress through KPI dashboards, S-curves, Earned Value Analysis (EVA), manpower histograms, and productivity studies.
• Conduct delay analysis, Time Impact Analysis (TIA), and evaluate Extension of Time (EOT) claims with contractual justification.
• Review contractor payment applications and verify progress against approved schedules.
• Identify critical path risks, bottlenecks, and recommend corrective/recovery measures.
• Prepare weekly and monthly executive reports for senior stakeholders and clients.
• Ensure alignment between construction, engineering, procurement, and authority approvals.
• Maintain contractual correspondences related to planning, claims, and schedule performance.
• Support senior management in strategic planning, risk mitigation, and commercial impact assessment.
