Title: Senior Construction Project Manager

Location: Centerville, UT

At Paul Davis Restoration, we help homeowners and businesses rebuild after unexpected damage. As a Senior Construction Project Manager, you’ll lead the reconstruction of residential and commercial properties impacted by fire, water, storms, or other major events. In this role, you’ll manage projects from start to finish—handling estimates, coordinating teams, and ensuring work is completed on time, within budget, and to high quality standards. You’ll work closely with customers, insurance representatives, subcontractors, and team members to keep projects moving and maintain clear communication throughout the process.

Key Responsibilities

  • Represent company values by demonstrating professionalism, integrity, and respect in all interactions
  • Deliver excellent customer service and maintain strong relationships with property owners, insurance partners, and stakeholders throughout each project
  • Manage large-loss projects from start to finish, ensuring work is completed on time, within budget, and to quality standards
  • Review and oversee project estimates, budgets, scopes of work, and resource planning to ensure accuracy and profitability
  • Communicate proactively with project teams, subcontractors, and internal departments to align schedules, progress, and deliverables
  • Ensure all documentation, contracts, and compliance requirements are completed accurately and on time
  • Monitor performance metrics (e.g., sales, margins, job completion, customer satisfaction) and drive continuous improvement
  • Maintain compliance with company policies, safety standards, and all applicable regulations
  • Build and maintain strong partnerships with subcontractors, vendors, and industry partners

  

Qualifications

  • Minimum 7+ years of experience in residential and/or commercial construction, restoration, or project management.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Construction Management, Business Administration, or a related field preferred; equivalent industry experience accepted.
  • Valid driver’s license and a clean driving record required.
  • Proven ability to manage multiple projects and priorities in a fast-paced environment
  • Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills
  • Excellent communication and customer service skills
  • Highly organized with strong time management and attention to detail
  • Ability to lead, collaborate, and build positive working relationships
  • Professional, proactive attitude with a commitment to high performance

 

Physical Requirements

  • Ability to lift and carry 5–40 lbs. frequently and up to 100 lbs. occasionally.
  • Ability to perform physical tasks such as standing, walking, lifting, bending, and reaching for extended periods
  • Comfortable working in a variety of environments, including confined spaces and outdoor conditions
  • Able to work in varying weather conditions and noise levels
  • Capable of using tools, equipment, and machinery safely
  • Willingness to travel between job sites and work on-call or after hours as needed
