The Project Manager owns projects from start to finish, solves problems proactively and anticipates potential issues. This role leads tasks and teams, drives action and ensures projects are delivered on time, on budget and on scope. The Project Manager monitors financials, coaches junior staff and maintains high standards across all client delivery.

What You’ll Do Here

  • Manage end-to-end delivery for Creative, Development and Media projects
  • Build and maintain timelines, milestones and tasks in Asana
  • Keep teams organized and accountable
  • Partner with Account Managers to track timing, scope and budget
  • Spot risks early and help teams solve issues fast
  • Keep documentation current, including status reports and budget trackers

We Need a Person With

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business or related field
  • 3–5 years of project management experience in a digital or creative agency
  • Familiar with Amazon or marketplace workflows helpful
  • Skilled with Asana and other resource tools
  • Comfortable using Google Suite, Figma and Adobe Creative Suite
  • Strong organization and communication
  • Confident leading multiple projects at once
  • Understands scoping, resourcing and budgeting

Preferred Skills:

  • Skilled in Asana and Google Suite (Parallax a plus)

Compensation will be commensurate with experience. We're seeking local candidates (or those open to relocation) who are able to work collaboratively with us in one of our office's; however, based on business needs and unique job functions, some roles may be eligible for remote work.
