As a Product Manager in Client Onboarding and Servicing, you are an integral part of the team that innovates new product offerings and leads the end-to-end product life cycle. As a core leader, you are responsible for acting as the voice of the customer and developing profitable products that provide customer value. Utilizing your deep understanding of how to get a product off the ground, you guide the successful launch of products, gather crucial feedback, and ensure top-tier client experiences. With a strong commitment to scalability, resiliency, and stability, you collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality products that exceed customer expectations.

Job responsibilities

  • Develops a product strategy and product vision that delivers value to customers
  • Manages discovery efforts and market research to uncover customer solutions and integrate them into the product roadmap
  • Owns, maintains, and develops a product backlog that enables development to support the overall strategic roadmap and value proposition
  • Builds the framework and tracks the product's key success metrics such as cost, feature and functionality, risk posture, and reliability
  • Direct the principal activities across the end‑to‑end product delivery journey—intake, dependency management, release and deployment, and product operationalization—with a focus on feasibility and readiness.
  • Leads the completion of change management activities across functional partners and ensures adherence to the firm’s risk, controls, compliance, and regulatory requirements
  • Effectively manages timelines and dependencies while monitoring blockers, ensuring adequate resourcing, and liaising with stakeholders and functional partners
  • Maintain a transparent portfolio view of timelines, cross‑team dependencies, and environmental constraints; identify and resolve blockers early.

Required qualifications, capabilities, and skills

  • 5+ years of experience or equivalent expertise in product management or a relevant domain area
  • Advanced knowledge of the product development life cycle, design, and data analytics
  • Proven ability to lead product life cycle activities including discovery, ideation, strategic development, requirements definition, and value management
  • Demonstrated ability to execute operational management and change readiness activities
  • Proven ability engaging with a technology and business audience alike
  • Proficiency in data and analytics to inform prioritization, measure performance, and drive decisions.
  • Deep experience with risk, controls, compliance, and regulatory requirements embedded in delivery.
  • Strong structured problem-solving skills (hypothesis-driven analysis, root-cause identification, prioritization) and the ability to translate complexity into clear executive narratives and decision-ready materials.
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management; ability to lead through influence and drive cross‑functional outcomes.

Preferred qualifications, capabilities, and skills

  • Demonstrated prior experience working in a highly matrixed, complex organization
  • Experience delivering automation and/or AI-enabled capabilities (e.g., workflow automation, decision support, intelligent document processing, or AI-assisted operations), including requirements shaping, backlog management, and post-implementation performance tracking.
  • Familiarity with responsible AI and automation control considerations in a financial institution environment (e.g., governance, documentation, monitoring, and policy adherence), with the ability to partner effectively with risk and control stakeholders.

  • Work schedules will be full-time in office, on a 40-hour per week schedule.
