Office of the CFO – Finance & Strategy
As an Office of the CFO - Finance & Strategy Analyst, you will gain firsthand experience in the strategic financial operations that underpin BNY, a global financial institution. This program offers a unique opportunity to work within high-performing finance teams responsible for ensuring the firm’s financial integrity, supporting sustainable growth, and driving operational excellence across the enterprise. You will be embedded within teams that support specific lines of business or corporate functions, contributing to initiatives that impact strategic initiatives, revenue generation, cost management, and financial planning. Analysts will assist with financial and regulatory reporting, balance sheet analysis, market and competitor analysis, capital management, and strategic planning, developing a comprehensive understanding of how a large financial institution operates at scale.
What you will do
- Support teams that help maintain BNY’s financial integrity, support sustainable growth, and drive operational excellence across the firm
- Assist with work related to financial planning and analysis, reporting, market and competitor analysis, balance sheet analysis, capital management, and strategic planning.
- Conduct data analysis and help interpret financial information to provide insights into business performance, risks, and opportunities for efficiency
- Collaborate across lines of business and corporate functions on projects that support decision-making, process improvement, and the use of emerging financial technologies

Program eligibility:
- Enrollment in a 4-year undergraduate degree program with a strong focus on business-related and/or technology-related majors preferred
- Graduating in Dec 2026 or May 2027 (U.S.)
- Minimum cumulative GPA of 3.0 or better
- Does not require sponsorship for employment visa status (now or in the future) in the country where applying.

Base salary offered may vary depending on multiple individualized factors, including market location, job-related knowledge, skills, and experience. Base salary is only part of the total rewards package, which may include eligibility for an annual discretionary incentive award.
