Working closely with FP&A, Investment and portfolio stakeholders, the Analyst will build and challenge integrated financial models, translate operating performance into clear financial and investment implications, and prepare concise analysis for senior leadership. The role offers meaningful exposure to capital allocation, valuation, portfolio monitoring and value-creation priorities in a lean, high-accountability alternative asset management environment.

Job Responsibilities 1

  • Build, maintain and audit integrated financial models covering income statements, balance sheets, cash flow, operating drivers, capital structures and investment returns.
  • Support annual budgets, rolling forecasts and multi-year plans across Bridge Capital and the aggregation of relevant investment vehicle and portfolio company plans, ensuring internally consistent assumptions and clear ownership of inputs.
  • Analyse actual performance against budget, forecast, investment case and value-creation plan, distinguishing timing effects from structural performance issues and identifying matters requiring management attention and actions.
  • Prepare concise, decision-oriented management reporting on revenue, EBITDA, cash conversion, working capital, capital expenditure, leverage, liquidity and other material performance drivers.
  • Support valuation and returns analysis, including DCF, trading and transaction comparables, IRR, MOIC, NAV movements, sensitivity analysis and downside scenarios.
  • Support the evaluation of business cases, follow-on investments, refinancing, capital expenditure and other capital-allocation proposals through scenario modelling, funding analysis and risk-adjusted return assessment.
  • Partner with portfolio-company finance and operating teams to validate data, understand performance drivers, monitor value-creation initiatives and improve forecasting quality.
  • Prepare analytical materials for executive reviews, portfolio reviews and other governance forums, presenting conclusions, risks, decision points and recommended actions clearly.
  • Maintain reliable financial and operational data definitions, model controls, reconciliations and source documentation across planning and reporting processes.
  • Conduct sector, peer and market analysis to test assumptions, place performance in context and support investment and portfolio-management decisions.
  • Coordinate inputs across FP&A, Investment, Fund Control, Accounting, Treasury and portfolio teams and resolve inconsistencies before information is presented to decision-makers.
  • Improve analytical templates, dashboards and recurring processes through standardization, automation and responsible use of approved AI-enabled tools with appropriate human review.
  • Manage multiple analytical workstreams with accuracy, responsiveness and sound prioritization in a fast-moving international environment.
