Job Title: Sr. Salesforce Developer – Service Cloud (2 positions)

Location: Houston, TX Work Arrangement: Remote Duration: 3-6 months (Prior Entergy experience is MUST)

Immediate Need – Candidates who can start ASAP are preferred.

Position Overview: We are looking for experienced Sr. Salesforce Developers to support Service Cloud enhancements and ongoing Salesforce development. The ideal candidate should have strong hands-on Salesforce development experience and be able to work closely with business and technical teams.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and enhance Salesforce Service Cloud applications and features.
  • Work on Apex, Lightning Web Components (LWC), Triggers, Classes, and Flows.
  • Gather requirements and translate them into scalable Salesforce solutions.
  • Customize Salesforce objects, fields, workflows, validation rules, and security.
  • Integrate Salesforce with external applications using APIs and web services.
  • Troubleshoot production issues and provide technical support.
  • Perform unit testing, debugging, deployment, and release activities.
  • Collaborate with Salesforce Admins, Business Analysts, QA, and business stakeholders.
  • Follow Salesforce development best practices and coding standards.

Required Skills:

  • 5+ years of Salesforce development experience.
  • Strong experience with Salesforce Service Cloud.
  • Strong hands-on experience with Apex, LWC, Triggers, Classes, and SOQL.
  • Experience with Salesforce Flows and configuration/customization.
  • Experience with Salesforce integrations and REST/SOAP APIs.
  • Good understanding of Salesforce security, data model, and sharing rules.
  • Experience with deployment tools such as SFDX, Git, or Copado.
  • Strong troubleshooting and communication skills.

Preferred:

  • Salesforce Platform Developer I/II certification.
  • Experience with large enterprise Salesforce environments.
  • Experience supporting production applications and Service Cloud enhancements.
