QA Receiving Associate Radwell International LLC | Inventory & Logistics Full-Time | Hourly | On-site Schedule: Monday-Friday – 8:00am to 5:00pm 7860 N 106th Ave, Suite 170, Glendale, AZ 85307

Summary

Radwell International is seeking a detail-oriented QA Receiving Associate to join our Glendale team. This position plays a critical role in ensuring incoming inventory is accurately received, evaluated, documented, photographed, and prepared for sale on Radwell.com.

The ideal candidate enjoys working with technology, inventory, and data while maintaining a high level of accuracy. This role combines warehouse receiving, quality inspection, product research, and product listing responsibilities, making it an excellent opportunity for individuals interested in industrial automation, inventory management, and technical products.

Key Responsibilities

  • Process and receive incoming products from purchase orders and blind bids
  • Research pricing, market data, and product information when pricing is unavailable or difficult to determine
  • Assist Receiving team members with technical and inventory-related research as needed
  • Review assigned purchase orders and bids, including any special instructions provided by management or Purchasing
  • Inspect merchandise to determine correct quantities, conditions, and product details
  • Identify and document discrepancies, damage, missing items, or inventory issues
  • Accurately receive products into inventory while documenting serial numbers, revisions, firmware levels, and other required information
  • Photograph products from multiple angles and capture accurate product weights for online listings
  • Create and maintain detailed product information to support website listings and inventory records
  • Complete assigned purchase orders and bids accurately and efficiently
  • Support inventory accuracy and quality standards throughout the receiving process
  • Assist with additional warehouse, inventory, and receiving projects as assigned

Education and Experience

  • High School Diploma or equivalent required
  • Some college coursework preferred
  • Technical school training or degree preferred
  • Experience in receiving, inventory control, warehouse operations, ecommerce listings, product evaluation, or related fields is a plus
  • Industrial automation, electronics, or technical product knowledge is beneficial

Work Schedule

This position is scheduled Monday through Friday from 8:00am to 5:00pm. Employees are expected to maintain reliable attendance and adhere to company scheduling and attendance policies.

Work Environment

This position operates in a warehouse and inventory-processing environment. Employees regularly inspect, photograph, receive, and document industrial automation products while utilizing inventory systems and computer applications. Frequent standing, walking, repetitive hand movements, and lifting are required throughout the day. Team members work closely with Receiving, Inventory, Purchasing, and Operations teams to maintain accurate inventory records and efficient warehouse operations.
