JOB PURPOSE / MỤC ĐÍCH CÔNG VIỆC :

  • Hỗ trợ các công việc đơn giản của bộ phận Đảm Bảo Chất Lượng để đảm bảo tất cả quá trình sản xuất các sản phẩm đạt yêu cầu của GMP và đạt các yêu cầu của tập đoàn Sanofi đã được ấn định trong các tài liệu toàn cầu và các hướng dẫn của tập đoàn/ supporting simple works of QA departments to ensure that the manufacturing process of all products comply with GMP requirements and with specific Sanofi requirements outlined in the company Directives and Guidelines
  • Tuân thủ các qui định, chính sách HSE/ Compliance with the HSE rules, policies

KEY ACCOUNTABILITIES / NHIỆM VỤ CHÍNH:

  • Ban hành, kiểm tra sơ bộ và sắp xếp hồ sơ lô, phiếu phân tích / Issue, primary review and arrange batch record, analytical sheet
  • Nhập dữ liệu (hồ sơ lô, thẩm định)/ Enter data (batch record, validation)
  • Thực hiện dán nhãn nguyên liệu gần hết hạn dùng theo phân công/ Label material near their expiration date as assigned.
  • Lưu trữ hồ sơ lô/ Archive batch record
  • Theo dõi các chỉ tiêu KPIs của bộ phận chất lượng liên quan sự cố, ILI, CAPA on time/ Monitor the KPIs of quality department relating to deviation, ILI and CAPA on time.
  • Theo dõi và báo cáo cho một số hoạt động quản lý tiện ích nhà máy/ Monitor and report for some activities of utilities management.
  • Hỗ trợ các hoạt động khác của phòng khi cần/ Support other activities of department when necessary.

QUALIFICATION / KIẾN THỨC, KỸ NĂNG VÀ KINH NGHIỆM:

Education /

Trình độ học vấn

Sinh viên có nhu cầu thực tập tại nhà máy sản xuất dược phẩm/ Student who wish to have practical operations at drug site.

Related experience/         Kinh nghiêm liên quan

Có background ngành dược/ Pharmaceutical background

Core Competencies/

Năng lực chính

 

Có kiến thức về sản phẩm thuốc/ Basic knowledge about drug product

§   Thông thạo Anh ngữ (4 kỹ năng)/ Fluent in English (4 skills)

§  Sử dụng thành thạo Word, Excel/ Advanced in using Word, Excel

§ Chủ động trong công việc, chủ động phản hồi, khả năng làm việc nhóm/ proactive in own task, proactive in feedback, inspire teamwork
