This position is listed on behalf of a partner company, who manages all applications and next steps. Our partner is looking for a Senior Business Solutions Architect based in Canada.

As a Senior Business Solutions Architect, you will translate complex commercial challenges into scalable enterprise analytics solutions that drive better business performance. You will serve as a technical leader for CRM Analytics initiatives, combining business process knowledge, data architecture, and advanced reporting expertise. The role offers the opportunity to work closely with senior stakeholders, technical teams, developers, and analysts across a global commercial organization. You will lead solutions from requirements gathering and architecture through implementation, governance, and adoption. Your work will help transform data from CRM, ERP, and other enterprise platforms into actionable insights. This is a fully remote opportunity offering significant technical ownership, innovation, and influence across enterprise analytics capabilities.

Accountabilities:

  • Partner with business stakeholders to understand strategic objectives, gather requirements, and translate complex business challenges into scalable analytics solutions using Salesforce CRM Analytics, Power BI, Salesforce, and related technologies.
  • Architect and deliver enterprise analytics solutions, including CRM Analytics datasets, recipes, dashboards, data models, reporting frameworks, and visualization solutions that provide meaningful insights and improve organizational performance.
  • Lead end-to-end CRM Analytics and business intelligence initiatives, overseeing solution architecture, technical design, implementation, governance, stakeholder adoption, and collaboration across business and IT teams.
  • Serve as the technical authority for the CRM Analytics platform by establishing development standards, providing architectural guidance, conducting solution reviews, and promoting best practices across analytics development.
  • Mentor developers and analysts on CRM Analytics, Power BI, data modeling, reporting, and broader enterprise analytics practices.
  • Connect data across Salesforce, Oracle, ERP, CRM, and other enterprise platforms to develop reliable and scalable business intelligence solutions that support commercial decision-making.
  • Identify opportunities to improve business processes and analytics capabilities, evaluate emerging technologies, and drive innovation across data architecture, enterprise reporting, and CRM Analytics.
  • Communicate complex technical and analytical concepts clearly to both business and technical audiences, ensuring alignment throughout the solution lifecycle.

Requirements

  • Hold a Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Business Analytics, Engineering, or a related technical discipline, combined with 8+ years of experience designing and delivering enterprise business intelligence and analytics solutions.
  • Demonstrate strong experience partnering with business stakeholders to understand requirements, solve complex business problems through analytics, and act as an effective bridge between technical and business teams.
  • Bring advanced expertise in Salesforce CRM Analytics, including enterprise data modeling, dashboard development, data visualization, solution architecture, and analytics delivery across multiple business functions.
  • Possess strong technical proficiency in Microsoft Power BI, dimensional data modeling, and enterprise analytics architecture, with experience integrating and analyzing data from Salesforce, Oracle, ERP, CRM, and comparable platforms.
  • Have a proven track record of leading complex analytics initiatives, providing technical direction, and mentoring developers and analysts throughout solution delivery.
  • Demonstrate excellent communication and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to present technical concepts, architectural decisions, and analytical insights clearly to diverse audiences.
  • Experience with Python and Pandas for data analysis, automation, or analytics solution development is an advantage.
  • Experience with Microsoft Fabric, Azure Data Factory, or other cloud-based data and analytics platforms is considered a plus.
  • Familiarity with Git, GitHub, and version control practices supporting collaborative analytics development is an additional advantage.
