Requirements

Candidates must hold a bachelor's degree in a relevant field such as Pharmaceutical Sciences, Engineering, or Business Administration. A minimum of 3-5 years of experience in project management or business operations, preferably within the pharmaceutical sector, is required.

Full description

  • Drive Strategic Project Delivery by planning, coordinating, and monitoring cross-functional projects to ensure at least 95% are delivered on time and aligned with business priorities.
  • Accelerate Innovation & Market Readiness by supporting project execution that reduces development timelines and facilitates timely product launches while ensuring compliance with SFDA and MOH requirements.
  • Strengthen Governance & Stakeholder Collaboration through regular governance meetings, effective communication channels, and proactive alignment of stakeholders on strategic objectives.
  • Provide Business Insights & Reporting by developing dashboards, performance reports, and actionable recommendations that support data-driven decision-making and financial objectives.
  • Identify and Lead Continuous Improvement Initiatives by introducing innovative solutions, preparing project charters, and driving projects through PMO stage-gate processes.
  • Enhance Operational Excellence by tracking action plans, resolving project challenges, maintaining communication rhythms, and ensuring timely completion of key deliverables.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Pharmaceutical Sciences, Engineering, Project Management, Business Administration, or a related discipline.
  • 3-5 years of experience in Project Management, PMO, Business Operations, or a cross-functional role, preferably within the pharmaceutical industry.
  • Proven ability to manage multiple projects and stakeholders across different functions while maintaining timelines and priorities.
  • Strong analytical and reporting skills, with hands-on experience in dashboard development, project tracking, Excel, and data analysis.
  • Excellent communication, stakeholder management, problem-solving, and organizational skills with the ability to influence and drive alignment.
  • Knowledge of SFDA regulations and the Saudi pharmaceutical market is preferred; very good English proficiency is required, and Arabic is considered an advantage.
