Cinch Home Services is seeking a customer-focused Digital Product Manager to support and grow our Direct-to-Consumer (DTC) digital product portfolio. In this role, you will collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive product enhancements, optimize the customer journey, and deliver business value. This is a hands-on position ideal for someone with a strong foundation in digital product management who is eager to make an impact in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities

Product Ownership

  • Own and manage the DTC product backlog, ensuring alignment with customer needs, market trends, and business priorities.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to refine requirements and prioritize features that deliver the greatest impact.
  • Define clear user stories, acceptance criteria, and work with engineering to deliver high-quality solutions.
  • Partner with the Product team to configure and launch new discount and product codes, ensuring accurate implementation across the DTC digital experience.

Customer and Market Focus

  • Conduct research to understand customer behavior, pain points, and market opportunities.
  • Translate data insights into actionable product initiatives to improve customer satisfaction and retention.
  • Partner with marketing to optimize the performance of key landing pages and conversion funnels.

Execution and Delivery

  • Partner with UX/UI designers to deliver user-friendly and visually appealing experiences.
  • Collaborate with engineering and QA teams to ensure timely and high-quality delivery of product releases.
  • Maintain a testing roadmap, supporting and implementing A/B experiments to validate hypotheses and inform decisions.

Cross-Functional Collaboration

  • Serve as the primary point of contact for product updates, release plans, and new initiatives.
  • Communicate progress, outcomes, and key learnings with stakeholders at all levels.
  • Work closely with analytics teams to measure performance and identify areas for improvement.
  • Partner with the SEO team to identify and act on site performance opportunities, ensuring product decisions support organic visibility and technical SEO best practices.
  • Perform other duties as assigned.

Qualifications and Experience

Required:

  • 3+ years of experience as a Digital Product Manager/Product Owner, with exposure to B2C digital products.
  • Experience working across a multi-platform digital environment, managing product initiatives that span multiple systems and tools.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Computer Science, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
  • Strong analytical skills, with experience using tools like Google Analytics or similar platforms.
  • Familiarity with marketing funnels, customer journey mapping, and landing page optimization.
  • Basic knowledge of UX design principles and consumer behavior.
  • Experience working in an agile environment and using tools like JIRA or Trello.
  • Excellent communication skills and a proactive, problem-solving mindset.

Preferred:

  • Experience running A/B or multivariate tests and analyzing results.
  • Exposure to creating product roadmaps and defining OKRs.
  • Understanding of web usability and user-centric design best practices.
  • Familiarity with analytics and session intelligence tools including Google Analytics, Clarity, and Nexus/Momentum.
