Full description

Cloaked is building a cyber expert at your side - one that watches, advises, and acts to keep you safe and private in the age of AI. Nearly a million paying members already use Cloaked to take back control of their data, their identity, and who can reach them: masked emails, phone numbers, and payment cards, data removal from broker sites, and an AI voice agent that screens calls before they ring through.

We've protected 10M+ identities, screened 50M+ calls, and removed 1B+ records from the data brokers who profit off personal information. Backed by a $375M Series B, we're now building the agents that turn detection into action - for individuals, families, and the companies that want to protect their people.

About the Role

We are hiring a technical product manager to own the software factory, systems, and internal tools we use to build and release incredible products for our customers.

That covers how engineering plans, builds, reviews, tests, and ships its work, and where AI agents fit into each step. It also covers the developer experience, the third-party tools we buy and run, and how teams across the company get answers from data.

Your customers are every team at Cloaked: engineers, product managers, designers, and the people who run the business. You will work with small teams of engineers and partner closely with engineering leadership. When you get this right, every team ships better work, faster.

What will you do?

  • Own the product that makes every engineering team at Cloaked faster: the AI tools, workflows, and systems behind how we build and ship.
  • Own the third-party tools we buy as well as the ones we build, from setup to upkeep.
  • Push AI deeper into how we build software. Decide where agents should write, review, test, and fix code, where people stay in the loop, and what it takes for engineers to trust the results.
  • Treat every team as your customer. Most needs won't arrive as requests, so sit with them, spot patterns in what slows them down, and ship the fix. Then make sure they actually use it.
  • Build small fixes yourself when that's fastest, and hand larger work to the engineers on your team. Knowing which is which is part of the job.
  • Define how we measure success for internal tools, such as adoption and time saved, since revenue won't tell us.
  • Run the delivery org like a product: how we plan, how work moves from idea to release, and how teams measure what they ship.
  • Connect product engineers with our platform and data teams, so the right things get built in the right order.
  • Run intake for the data team: sort and prioritize the requests that come in. Help everyone get answers from data faster, and turn the questions people ask most into tools and automatic reports they can use on their own.

What skills and experiences will help you?

  • 5+ years as a technical PM or TPM, or as an engineer who moved into product.
  • You have built products for builders, such as developer tools, platforms, internal tools, or AI agents.
  • You are comfortable in code. You can read it, write SQL, work in GitHub, and hold your own in a system design discussion.
  • You build with AI tools like Claude Code, Codex, or Cursor, and you can show us something you built.
  • You have opinions about where AI is taking software development, and you have tested them in practice.
  • You can't leave a problem alone. Side projects, tools you built for yourself, or a company you started all count. If you started a company and it didn't work out, we see that as a plus.
  • You can take a long list of asks from smart, busy people, turn it into a clear plan, and see it through.
  • You have worked at a company while it grew fast. You know that what you build today may need a rebuild in six months, and you build with that in mind.
  • You do your best work with few resources and light process. You move fast and adjust as you learn, and you know the few places, like security and access, where care comes first.

What's nice to have?

  • Developer platform, CI/CD, or SRE experience.
  • Experience running AI agents in production, including measuring how well they work.
  • Experience improving how a fast-growing engineering org plans and ships.
  • Experience working closely with a data team or running an analytics request process.
  • Experience with security or access control for internal systems.
