Job Description & Summary

Key Responsibilities

  • Support the execution of the Oracle alliance strategy, annual business plan, and longterm growth objectives.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with Oracle, PwC leadership, account teams, and key alliance stakeholders.
  • Serve as a trusted liaison between PwC and Oracle, ensuring alignment on strategic priorities, initiatives, and business objectives.
  • Coordinate and execute joint Go-to-Market (GTM) initiatives, alliance campaigns, and market development programs.
  • Identify, develop, qualify, and accelerate alliance-generated business opportunities across priority industries, sectors, and accounts.
  • Partner with sales, consulting, and account teams to position Oracle solutions and services within client opportunities and strategic pursuits.
  • Support strategic account planning and joint account development activities to maximize alliance-driven growth.
  • Facilitate joint pursuit planning sessions and drive collaboration between PwC and Oracle teams to accelerate deal progression and improve win rates.
  • Track, manage, and report on alliance pipeline, bookings, revenue influence, partnersourced opportunities, and other performance metrics.
  • Maintain alliance dashboards, scorecards, forecasts, and executive reports, providing actionable insights to leadership.
  • Coordinate executive governance meetings, Quarterly Business Reviews (QBRs), steering committees, and alliance performance reviews.
  • Prepare executive presentations, business updates, performance analyses, briefing materials, and leadership communications.
  • Track and manage actions, decisions, risks, issues, and dependencies arising from alliance governance forums.
  • Manage partner funding programs, business development funds, approvals, utilization tracking, and reporting requirements.
  • Collaborate with marketing teams to plan and execute joint campaigns, client events, webinars, executive roundtables, and thought leadership initiatives.
  • Support the development of alliance-specific sales plays, value propositions, industry solutions, case studies, and success stories.
  • Drive alliance enablement programs, certifications, training initiatives, and awareness campaigns to enhance workforce readiness.
  • Track certification progress, skills development, and adoption of Oracle technologies across relevant teams.
  • Maintain alliance playbooks, stakeholder maps, operating procedures, governance documentation, and knowledge repositories.
  • Ensure alliance opportunities, engagements, and activities are accurately maintained within CRM and reporting systems.
  • Identify, assess, and escalate alliance-related risks, constraints, and operational challenges while driving mitigation actions.
  • Monitor Oracle strategic priorities, product developments, incentive programs, and partner requirements, translating them into actionable opportunities for PwC.
  • Support annual planning, target setting, forecasting, budgeting, and investment planning activities for the alliance.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams including Sales, Consulting, Managed Services, Delivery, Marketing, Operations, Legal, Procurement, and Finance to maximize alliance value.
  • Facilitate executive-to-executive relationship development between PwC and Oracle leaders to strengthen strategic collaboration.
  • Drive continuous improvement of alliance governance, reporting, operating models, and commercial effectiveness.
  • Champion alliance best practices and promote a culture of collaboration, innovation, and partner-centric growth across the organization.
  • Contribute to the development and execution of strategic initiatives that expand the alliance portfolio, increase market presence, and deliver measurable business outcomes.

Preferred Experience

  • 7+ years in alliance management, business development, partner ecosystems, or strategic partnerships.
  • Experience working with Oracle Cloud, Microsoft, AWS, Oracle, SAP, Salesforce, or similar ecosystems.
  • Strong stakeholder management and executive communication skills.
  • Experience with pipeline reporting, governance, and performance management.
  • Commercial mindset with technology consulting or cloud transformation exposure.
