ABOUT THE ROLE

We are looking for a Senior Salesforce DevOps Engineer to build reliable CI/CD pipelines using Copado and related tooling. This person manages deployments across development, QA, UAT, and production, reducing manual release effort through automation and strong process discipline. Comfort troubleshooting metadata conflicts and environment sync issues is essential.

WHAT YOU WILL DO

- Design, implement, and maintain Salesforce CI/CD pipelines using Copado and related DevOps tooling.

- Manage deployments across development, QA, UAT, and production environments.

- Support version control, branching strategies, release orchestration, backup, rollback, and environment management.

- Partner with developers, admins, QA, and release stakeholders to define and improve deployment processes.

- Troubleshoot deployment failures, metadata conflicts, and environment synchronization issues.

- Establish standards for release governance, testing, compliance, and change management.

- Automate repetitive deployment and validation tasks to improve delivery speed and quality.

- Document release procedures, deployment checklists, and operational runbooks.

MUST HAVES

- 4+ years of Salesforce platform experience, including deployment and release management.

- Hands-on experience with Copado or similar Salesforce DevOps tools.

- Strong understanding of Salesforce metadata, packaging, environment strategy, and release lifecycle management.

- Experience with Git, branching models, automated testing, and CI/CD concepts.

- Familiarity with change sets, metadata API, DevOps Center, and deployment troubleshooting.

- Strong coordination and communication skills across technical and business teams.

- Upper-intermediate English level.

NICE TO HAVES

- Copado Fundamentals or advanced Copado certification.

- Salesforce Administrator, Platform Developer, or related certifications.

- Experience in regulated or large-scale enterprise delivery environments.

- Knowledge of test automation and release governance best practices.
