Job Summary

We are looking for an experienced Full Stack Python Developer with 7+ years of hands-on experience in building scalable and high-performance web applications. The ideal candidate should have strong expertise in Python backend development, React/Next.js frontend development, and PostgreSQL.

The candidate will work closely with product, design, and engineering teams to develop robust applications, APIs, and user-friendly interfaces while ensuring scalability, performance, and code quality.

Key Responsibilities

  • Design, develop,

and maintain scalable and reliable web applications.

  • Develop robust

backend services and REST APIs using Python.

  • Build responsive

and user-friendly web interfaces using React and/or Next.js.

  • Design, develop,

optimize, and maintain PostgreSQL databases.

  • Collaborate with

product, UI/UX, and engineering teams to understand requirements and deliver high-quality solutions.

  • Write clean,

maintainable, scalable, and well-tested code.

  • Troubleshoot

application issues and identify root causes.

  • Optimize

application performance, scalability, and reliability.

  • Participate in

code reviews and contribute to engineering best practices.

  • Follow Agile

development practices and actively participate in sprint planning, stand-ups, and retrospectives.

  • Contribute to

technical discussions and provide innovative solutions to complex problems.

Required Skills

  • 7+ years of

strong hands-on experience in software development, with significant experience in Full Stack development.

  • Strong expertise

in Python backend development.

  • Good hands-on

experience with React and/or Next.js.

  • Strong knowledge

of PostgreSQL and relational database concepts.

  • Good

understanding of REST APIs, web application architecture, and backend services.

  • Experience in

designing and developing scalable applications.

  • Strong

understanding of software development best practices, coding standards, and testing.

  • Experience

working in an Agile/Scrum development environment.

  • Strong debugging,

analytical, and problem-solving skills.

  • Good

communication and collaboration skills.
