We're Hiring | Project Manager / Business Analyst – Cross Border Payments

Location: PAN India (As per Business Requirement)

Employment Type: Full-Time

Experience: 7–12+ Years

Openings: 9 (PM – 1 | BA – 8)

Compensation

Senior Consultant (Business Analyst): ₹13–14 LPA

Manager (Project Manager): ₹27–28 LPA (Maximum ₹30 LPA)

Requirements

Required Skills

✔ 7–12+ years of experience as a Project Manager or Business Analyst.

✔ Strong expertise in Cross-Border Payments.

✔ Hands-on experience with SWIFT, ISO 20022, and MT to MX Migration.

✔ Strong understanding of Payment Operations.

✔ Experience in Product Roadmap, Change Delivery, and Governance.

✔ Proven experience managing multiple workstreams simultaneously.

✔ Strong Global Stakeholder Management across Business, Operations, and Technology teams.

✔ Excellent communication, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
