AI Business Operations Analyst

About Hubs

At Hubs, we're building the intelligence layer for organizations — where anyone can build AI solutions that spread and compound across the org. Our small team is ambitious, and growing fast — led by multi-exit Silicon Valley entrepreneurs with a strong track record of creating products that shape how people work.

This is a front-row seat to how AI is remaking business. You'll operate where today’s companies meet bleeding-edge technology. You’ll be in the rooms where the decisions get made — for our partners and for us. The solutions you’ll deliver and the AI products you’ll help build will be visible, widely used, and shaping how businesses make this generational jump.

The Role

We're looking for a hands-on AI Business Operations Analyst to engage with our design-partners and key customers, to turn their goals into transformative AI solutions.

You're the bridge between what the business needs and what gets built — you understand the business, design the future state and build business solutions with our team using AI. Much of the job is knowing how to get the right information, read an organization, and build the alignment and the technical solutions that make change actually happen.

Cycles are short. You'll go from spotting an opportunity to seeing it shipped in a fraction of the usual time, so the pace is fast and the feedback loop is tight.

What you'll do

  • Engage globally with our design partners, to understand their strategic goals and where AI, automation, analytics, and better data can move the business.
  • Work across the partner’s teams and ours to turn those goals into solutions — getting the right information, aligning the right people, working hands-on with our product, and driving decisions.
  • Trace how data flows through the business and how it drives operations.
  • Work comfortably in the details and build documentation your teammates can collaborate on and execute from.
  • Understand how software and data interact with the business, and translate that into high-velocity plans.
  • Map how processes work today and design the future state.
  • Build relationships across the partner organizations, from execution level to senior stakeholders, and serve as a trusted advisor on AI adoption.
  • Feed learnings from the field back into our product roadmap to shape what we build next.
  • We are a pre-seed AI company, you’ll work both at the strategic level and truly hands-on as we rapidly grow our business and our team.

What we're looking for

  • An operator who has worked at the execution level driving business fundamentals. You know what levers to pull to create business outcomes and you know what crisp execution feels like.
  • Process and data flow deep analysis — you can map how work and information move through an organization in high detail.
  • Experience with implementing or working closely with ERPs, you understand how information flows from actual operations to accounting and finances (bonus)
  • 3+ years of business operations, with some strategy or consulting as a nice to have
  • Strong business analysis and systems thinking: you can take a complex operation and see the structure underneath it.
  • The ability to work across an organization and move it forward — getting information, aligning stakeholders, and driving decisions to a conclusion.
  • Excellent facilitation and communication skills; comfortable working directly with executives.
  • You're comfortable and energized by working on small teams that move fast, think of this as a proxy to an entrepreneurial journey.
  • Native level Spanish or Portuguese is required.
  • Hands-on experience building and deploying AI solutions in real life business environments

What success looks like

Customers uncover high-value opportunities they couldn't see before, align around a future-state vision, and our teams work together to turn your insight into working systems that compound value in the Hubs platform, fast.

Compensation $70-95 K / year. Depending on the experience, the role could start as a Contractor role that transitions into FTE.

Work location/schedule: SF Bay - Hybrid. This role will require international travel.
