The impact you’ll have:

As an experienced Technical Business Analyst, you’ll take ownership of a dedicated workstream within this major transformation.

This role will be pivotal in influencing and shaping system design, gathering detailed business and technical requirements, and ensuring solutions are aligned with business objectives.

You’ll work closely with both business stakeholders and the technical team, acting as the bridge the between the two and to unpack complex requirements and drive meaningful outcomes.

You’ll be part of a collaborative and innovative team, reporting to the Executive General Manager, Group Technology who is known for their approachable leadership style and clear strategic vision.

What you’ll do:

  • Lead requirements gathering, documentation and analysis for assigned workstreams.
  • Influence solution and system design to ensure alignment with business goals.
  • Facilitate communication and collaboration between business stakeholders and technical teams.
  • Challenge existing processes and encourage innovative thinking to improve outcomes.
  • Translate business needs into clear functional and technical documentation.
  • Support the software development lifecycle through to delivery, including participation in UAT and defect resolution.

What you’ll bring:

  • Proven experience as a Technical Business Analyst on system/software design or transformation projects.
  • Strong stakeholder engagement skills, with the confidence to challenge when required.
  • Demonstrated ability to bridge the gap between technical teams and non-technical business stakeholders.
  • Skilled in requirements elicitation, analysis and documentation.
  • Solution orientated mindset with a track record of delivering the right outcomes.
  • Experience working in Agile or hybrid delivery environments.
  • Proficiency with tools such as Jira and Confluence.
  • Familiarity with cloud platforms such as AWS.
  • Data analysis and SQL experience is preferred.
  • Industry experience in property, strata, asset management, or financial services would be preferred.
