Benefits
Full description
Emporix is an AI-driven Autonomous Commerce Execution Platform that gives enterprises full control over how their commerce works. It orchestrates operations end-to-end—so companies can scale faster, respond smarter, and deliver better customer experiences.
We are looking for a skilled L3 Support Engineer to join our team in Poland, with a solid full-stack background and a pragmatic approach to problem-solving. In this role, you’ll focus on maintaining and improving existing systems, troubleshooting complex issues, and leveraging AI-driven workflows to ensure platform stability rather than building new features. If you enjoy digging into systems, understanding how things work under the hood, and making them more reliable, we’d love to hear from you.
You can work from our modern office in Gliwice or remotely from anywhere in Poland, with a visit to the office at least once per month to meet the team.
What You’ll Be Doing
System Maintenance & Support
- Investigate, troubleshoot, and resolve complex technical issues escalated from the support team (L3 level).
- Maintain and improve existing systems to ensure stability, reliability, and performance across our AI-driven platform.
- Analyze root causes of incidents and implement long-term fixes.
Full-Stack Debugging
- Work across backend (Java) and frontend (React) components to identify and resolve issues.
- Collaborate with engineering teams to address bugs and improve system behavior.
- Review logs, metrics, and system behavior to proactively detect potential problems.
Incident Handling & Optimization
- Support production systems by handling advanced technical issues escalated beyond standard support scope.
- Continuously improve monitoring, alerting, AI-driven troubleshooting, and operational processes.
- Contribute to performance tuning and system optimization efforts.
Collaboration & Documentation
- Work closely with product and engineering teams to ensure smooth system operation.
- Document known issues, solutions, and troubleshooting processes.
- Share knowledge with internal teams to improve overall support efficiency.
About You
- Experience: You have 3+ years of experience in software engineering, with a clear focus on building, maintaining, or troubleshooting robust systems.

- Architecture & Systems: Understanding of distributed systems and microservices architecture to trace and resolve complex cross-service issues effectively.
- Mindset & Autonomy: You are a natural problem-solver who enjoys "under the hood" work, digging into complex systems to find elegant solutions, while thriving in a high-velocity, high-trust environment.
- Communication: You communicate effectively and transparently in both Polish and English (minimum B2 level).
Bonus Points
- You have experience with Cloud Integration, specifically using Google Cloud Platform (GCP) with Kubernetes, Cloud Storage, or Compute Engine.
- You care about Security and have used OWASP standards or tools like OWASP Dependency-Check to keep systems safe.
- You understand distributed systems or microservices architecture.
- You have prior experience with AI-assisted debugging, telemetry tools, or site reliability engineering (SRE) practices.
- You have previously worked in a support or maintenance role, though we are happy to teach you our specific process if you haven't.
Why You’ll Love It Here
- An Amazing Team & Culture (Our Best Asset!): We aim high and build rapidly, but we do it together. You will join an incredible, high-trust, and psychologically safe workplace where people truly care for one another. We collaborate closely, support each other unconditionally, and genuinely have fun doing what we do.
