What you will do

What you will do 

Key Responsibilities

• Responsible for the development and implementation plan of the technical and process to support the production and new product implementation which includes machine improvement and process development, set up plan to improve machine efficiency, changeover time and waste reduction as well as Cost Improvement Projects in production.

• Design and implement technical production process to ensure machine is commissioned to meet product specification, ensures that the machine installation continues to perform to its design capacity and continuous machine and process improvement program has been set.

• Reviews and analyzes production data accordingly.

• Machine efficiency improvement, waste reduction, and product changeover time reduction

• Process specialist in assigned area

• Support operators for process troubleshooting

• Cooperate with project engineering for trial runs, process validation, and CIP execution

• Production report gap analysis and action plan development

• Production process improvement leader i.e. workflow process, reduce idle time, etc.

• Quality control system support, SPC

• SOP development support

What we are looking for

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor or Master Degree in a related engineering field

• Analytical skill , logical thinking

• Can do attitude
