We deliver centralized operations to our Molson Coors Business Units across the Globe in Finance, Master Data, Commercial, HR and IT Business Services. Our impressive brands portfolio across the world includes Miller Genuine Draft, Madri, Staropramen and Bergenbier.

The Material Master Data Analyst is responsible for the effective and timely Material Master Data management for the Molson Coors entities in scope. This includes understanding & actioning Master Data Material processes in accordance with the Process Maps and SOP's and ensuring that all data is accurate in the local system and other databases/systems used.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Responsible for new materials creation, materials maintenance - extension or deletion and for handling yearly price and duty changes on material level
  • Handles Material Master Data change requests, such as BOM changes, recipe changes, material statuses, etc. within the agreed SLAs and according to the company’s policies
  • Understands & actions Master Data processes in accordance with the Process Maps and SOP's
  • Provides a single point of contact for Business Stakeholders with respect to best practice Data management, improvement and performance
  • Provides reporting-related work on material master data when required

SKILLS & RELEVANT WORK EXPERIENCE:

Required:

  • Problem solving skills
  • Very good language skills both written and spoken in English - B2
  • Good Excel knowledge (formulas, pivot table)
  • Good analytic skills and attention to details
  • Previous experience with SAP (SAP MM preferred)

Nice to have:

  • Previous experience in Master Data

Pay and Benefits:

At Molson Coors Global Business Services, we believe in rewarding our people fairly, transparently, and equitably for the impact they make.

Our Total Rewards package includes a gross base salary of lei103,300.00 - lei135,600.00 (posting salary range) plus a 12 % target annual bonus, alongside a comprehensive benefits offering designed to support different needs and life stages: a medical subscription (with dental and vision coverage), life insurance, a monthly budget to spend on flexible benefits, wellbeing support, an Employee Assistance Programme and 22 days annual leave with additional days off for vintage and birthday.

The salary range shown above reflects what we, in good faith, believe we would pay for this role at the time of posting. Final pay is based on a number of non‑discriminatory factors, such as previous experience, skills and internal equity.
