Lead FullStack Developer (Java + ReactJS) - Assistant Manager

Role Summary & Description:

The proposed resource requirement is to address the skill needs including ReactJS and complemented by strong expertise in Java and Oracle PL/SQL.

Hiring for a skilled software developer with 8-10 years of experience in ReactJS, Java, Spring Boot & PL/SQL. The ideal candidate should be proficient in developing UI with ReactJS and Micro Service applications with expertise in building Java-based server-side applications with Spring Boot.

• Should be strong in SDLC life cycle.
• The role will provide opportunity to work in niche functional areas of Capital Markets, Functional knowledge and experience in similar projects is highly desirable.
• Expected to spend 100% of the time on hands-on development & design.
• Responsible for resolution, communication, and escalation of critical technical issues. Prepares user and systems documentation as needed.
• Identifies and recommends Industry best practices.
• Ability to provide agile status notes on day to day project tasks.
• Should demonstrate ownership, good analytical and quick learning capabilities.
• Should possess good communication skills and should be able to work independently with minimal guidance.
• Strong written & verbal communication skills. Experience writing, reviewing technology documents including user guides.

Core/Must have skills:

• ReactJS
• Java
• Spring Boot
• Spring Framework
• Messaging technologies like Kafka and JMS
• Oracle (SQL, PL/SQL)

 

Good to have skills:

• Emerging capabilities in AI Agent modeling and AWS.
• CI/CD – Terraform, Docker, Harness
