JOB MISSION:

As a Product Support and Costing Analyst, you will learn and develop understanding of the footwear product costing process throughout your day-to-day work You will provide cost support to specific Product teams. Begin to develop your understanding of the footwear development process throughout your day-to-day work including design, materials, manufacturing processes, product construction and technologies.

MAJOR ACCOUNTABILITIES:

Product Costing Analytics

  • Perform Costing Department daily/weekly/monthly reporting and system uploads
  • Take responsibility for seeing that projects follow the cost guidelines and project requirements established by the team
  • Attend meetings, collaborate, and support cross functional teams with costing information and direction
  • Gather data and help to identify potential cost-saving options. Collaborate with senior team members to implement cost-saving measures
  • Provide weekly estimates of product cost capturing Design, Development, and/or Marketing changes
  • Prepare and report product costs at each milestone requirement on areas you support
  • Review, analyze, verify, negotiate, and confirm product cost per timeline

REQUIREMENTS FOR SUCCESS:

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Finance or Business with a minimum of 1-3 years of related analytical experience
  • Analytical mindset and organizational skills. Attention to detail is a must.
  • Excellent communication skills, including verbal, written, presentation and negotiation.
  • Proficient in MS Office (Excel, Word, PPT, SharePoint, Teams). Power BI and other data analytics a plus
  • Ability to work in a collaborative cross functional team environment; strong relationship-building skills.
  • Ability to multi-task to meet timelines and prioritize with a sense of urgency.

Lawrence, MA Corp Only Pay Range: $59,500.00 - $76,300.00 - $93,000.00 Annual (actual base pay varying based upon, but not limited to, relevant experience, time in role, internal equity, geographic location, and more.)

Flexible Work Schedule
