What the role is:
As a Principal Manager/Senior Manager/Manager in the Compliance Strategy and Analytics team, you will work on a wide-ranging data set to develop and implement strategies and programmes to detect and deter work pass fraud so as to safeguard the integrity of the work pass framework.
What you will be working on:
- Leverage appropriate data analytics, design thinking and behavioural insights tools to understand and identify fraudulent manpower practices, emerging risks and vulnerabilities in the work pass framework to ensure policy and business outcomes are effectively met
- Propose and implement agile and robust measures to address identified gaps and risks to ensure continued relevancy and effectiveness of policies and processes
- Develop data visualisation products, such as customised dashboards and reports that serve varying needs of multiple end-users
- Work with stakeholders and partners to frame and identify feasible data analytics solutions, apply specific analytics solutions, and deploy for implementation, with a view to continuously review and enhance prevailing controls and checks
