We are seeking a detail-oriented and business-focused QA Analyst (HR Systems) to support the quality assurance and user acceptance testing of HR technology solutions. This role will work closely with HR Centres of Excellence (COEs), HR Shared Services, Project Managers, Business Analysts, and solution vendors to ensure system enhancements and new capabilities meet business requirements and are ready for deployment.

Key Responsibilities

User Acceptance Testing (UAT) & Defect Management

  • Review business requirements, user stories, and process documentation to understand intended system behaviour.
  • Execute UAT test scenarios, test cases, and test scripts, including positive and negative test scenarios, and end-to-end testing of HR processes and system workflows.
  • Record test results, evidences, pass/fail outcomes, and testing observations in the UAT tracker.
  • Identify, document, and log defects and issues discovered during testing.
  • Perform defect triage and work closely with Business Analysts, Developers, and Solution Teams to assess severity and priority.
  • Coordinate retesting activities after fixes are deployed.
  • Verify resolution of defects and ensure no regression issues are introduced

HR Process & Business Validation

  • Validate that delivered functionality meets approved business requirements and acceptance criteria. Ensure test scenarios reflect actual business processes and employee journeys.
  • Support testing across HR domains such as:
  • Employee Lifecycle Events (Recruitment, On/Offboarding, Promotion, Transfers, etc)
  • HR Service Delivery (Employee Self Service, Incident Management, etc)
  • Aichatbot and Dashboard Analytics

Stakeholder Collaboration

  • Collaborate with HR COEs, Project Managers, Business Analysts, HRIS teams, and external vendors to validate business outcomes and process readiness.
  • Participate in UAT test reviews, defect discussions, and sign-off preparations.
  • Provide regular testing status updates, defect summaries, and outcome reports to project stakeholders.

Documentation & Reporting

  • Maintain accurate test documentation, execution records, defect logs, and UAT reports.
  • Support auditability and traceability of testing activities.
  • Contribute to continuous improvement of testing processes, templates, and quality standards

Job Requirements

  • Diploma or Degree in Information Systems, Computer Science, Human Resources, Business, or a related discipline.
  • 2 to 5 years of experience in Quality Assurance, Software Testing, UAT, or HR Systems implementation projects.
  • Experience supporting HR applications such as SuccessFactors, HR Service Desk, Zendesk, Power Platform Solutions or similar platforms is advantageous.
  • Experience working in Agile, Waterfall, or hybrid project environments
  • HR Transformation or HR Technology projects.
  • User Acceptance Testing for enterprise systems.
  • HR service delivery, HR operations, or HRIS environments.
  • Experience supporting global or regional HR process rollouts
