About the Role
As a Project Manager, you will own a portfolio of client school implementations end-to-end: from initial scope sign-off through to final project handover.
Establishing new processes, migrating years of curriculum data, or rolling out software solutions is a major transition for any school. You will serve as the trusted, single point of contact guiding schools through this journey. You will translate complex client needs into clear technical requirements for internal teams, manage detailed implementation schedules, and maintain regular in-person and virtual communication to ensure smooth, successful project rollouts.
What You’ll Be Responsible For
- End-to-End Ownership: Lead the complete lifecycle of assigned client projects, ensuring documented scopes are delivered cleanly from kickoff to formal project closure.
- Client Advisory: Serve as the primary point of contact for school leaders, understanding their goals deeply enough to guide strategic decisions and navigate change.
- Technical & Business Translation: Bridge the gap between school leaders and internal technical services teams, translating educational needs into technical requirements and technical details into plain language.
- Project Planning & Governance: Build and maintain detailed Work Breakdown Structures (WBS) and timelines using standard templates, ensuring accurate tracking as projects progress.
- Cross-Functional Coordination: Align internal specialists delivering configuration, curriculum data migration, and training to ensure cohesive project execution.
- Resource & Timeline Management: Manage resourcing dependencies and schedule overlaps, proactively identifying and resolving timeline risks.
- Seamless Handovers: Transition completed projects to long-term client success contacts with comprehensive documentation and clear handover summaries.
What Success Looks Like
- Clear Project Governance: Every project starts with a documented, signed-off scope before work commences.
- On-Time & On-Scope Delivery: Implementation projects hit key milestones and go-live targets without unexpected scope deviations.
- High Client Satisfaction: Schools experience structured, transparent communication and feel confident in project leadership throughout the implementation.
- Clean Account Handovers: Post-implementation handovers are thorough, fully documented, and ensure seamless continuity for client success teams.
- Scalable Expertise: Progress toward independently managing complex multi-school group or district-level engagements.

- Ability to quickly master software suites and understand the underlying data and technical structures involved in software implementations.
- Strong understanding of regional educational systems and local market requirements.
- Excellent communication skills, with confidence presenting to school leaders and collaborating with technical engineering teams.
