Your Future Role
Innomotics is seeking a motivated early-career sales professional to join our team through a structured development program designed to build expertise in medium voltage motors, medium voltage variable frequency drives (VFDs), integrated drive systems, and related services.
This role offers a unique opportunity to learn the technical, commercial, and application aspects of industrial power and motion solutions while gaining hands-on experience supporting customers across multiple industries. Successful completion of the development program will prepare the individual for advancement into a Regional Account Manager position with ownership of an assigned customer portfolio and revenue targets.

This position will be reporting to the Regional Sales Director and must be based in GA, FL or AL.
During the development program, you will:
- Learn Innomotics' medium voltage motor, VFD, integrated drive system, and service portfolio.
- Support sales activities with OEMs, EPCs, distributors, and end users.
- Assist in developing quotations, proposals, and customer solutions.
- Build knowledge of key industrial markets and customer applications.
- Participate in customer meetings, site visits, and industry events.
- Maintain opportunities, customer activity, and pipeline data within CRM tools.
- Collaborate with internal teams to deliver technical and commercial solutions.
- Complete development and training milestones in preparation for a Regional Account Manager role.
Your profile.
Required.
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Engineering Technology, or a related technical field.
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in sales, technical sales, applications engineering, business development, or a customer-facing industrial role.
- Experience utilizing CRM systems to manage customer relationships and sales activities.
- Strong communication, presentation, and relationship-building skills.
- Willingness and ability to travel up to 30%.
Preferred.
- Basic knowledge of electric motors, medium voltage equipment, variable frequency drives, or industrial automation solutions.
- Experience supporting or selling to OEMs, EPCs, distributors, or industrial end users.
- Understanding of integrated drive systems and motor-drive applications.
- Exposure to industrial markets such as pumps, compression, water/wastewater, power generation, mining, or process industries.
- Demonstrated interest in developing a long-term career in industrial sales and account management.
- Bilingual (English and Spanish)
The pay range for this position is $87,000 - $149,200. The actual wage offered may be lower or higher depending on budget and candidate experience, knowledge, skills, qualifications, and premium geographic location.
