ACG_3746_JOB Our client, a leading company in the financial services and securities industry, is seeking a qualified candidate to join their firm.
Cash Equity Product Positioning and Development
- Conduct market research and analyze industry trends to develop product strategies, define business objectives, and establish appropriate action plans.
- Research and analyze customer needs and competitor products to identify ideas and solutions for developing new products or enhancing existing products in line with market trends.
- Lead the development, packaging, and launch of underlying securities products, including the review of technology platforms, operational processes, compliance controls, risks, and product quality.
- Develop product operating procedures, policies, and related documentation.
- Continuously evaluate and improve products to enhance customer experience, strengthen the Company’s reputation and brand, optimize product profitability, and increase customer loyalty. Coordinate with relevant departments to ensure the best possible service for customers.
- Develop systems and platforms for product operation and management, with the objective of automating end-to-end product activities from customer interaction through operational processes, improving customer service capabilities and service-level performance.
Risk Management
- Identify and comprehensively assess risks throughout the product development and implementation process, and report them to senior management and relevant departments for review and direction.
- Provide training and guidance to relevant departments on operational procedures, customer policies, and product and service policies under the role’s responsibility.
- Ensure the accuracy and confidentiality of information throughout the execution of individual responsibilities and the activities of the department.
Product and Service Coordination
- Coordinate with other product and service activities within the Product Center.
- Perform other duties as directed or assigned by Senior Manager.
Requirements
Education
- Bachelor’s degree or higher in Finance, Accounting, Economics, Investment, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Securities Practicing Certificate or Financial Analysis Certificate issued by the relevant regulatory authority is preferred.
Experience
- At least 5 years of direct experience in Underlying Securities Product Development, Policy Management, or Financial Services such as margin lending within Banking, Finance, Securities, or Investment.
- At least 3 years of experience in an equivalent position at a securities company.
- Experience working at a top-tier securities company, foreign securities firm, or foreign fund management company is considered an advantage.
- Strong experience in developing underlying securities products and margin lending products is preferred.
Knowledge and Expertise
- Strong knowledge of laws and regulations relating to securities, investment, and banking.
- Good understanding of the Vietnamese bond market, money market, securities investment risks, and relevant domestic and international regulations.
- Strong knowledge of margin lending products, brokerage operations, securities trading processes, and related regulations.
- Ability to research and stay updated on new financial products and market developments.
- Knowledge of customer experience in securities and financial services is preferred.
Skills
- Strong logical thinking, planning, time management, presentation, teamwork, and independent working skills.
- Strong customer understanding and customer research capabilities.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and relevant securities and financial software and applications.
- Fluent in English across listening, speaking, reading, and writing.
