Full Stack React Application Developer

React Frontend Development (Primary Focus)

• Architect, build, and maintain complex React

applications — dashboards, analytics platforms, internal tools, and customer-facing products

• Develop responsive, mobile-first UIs optimized for

tablet (iPad) and desktop with pixel-perfect execution

• Build rich data visualizations using D3.js, Recharts,

Chart.js, or custom SVG/Canvas components

• Implement advanced state management patterns using

Redux Toolkit, Zustand, React Query, or Context API

• Create reusable, well-documented component libraries

with design system integration (Tailwind CSS, Styled Components, or CSS Modules)

• Optimize frontend performance: code splitting, lazy

loading, memoisation, virtual scrolling, bundle analysis

• Write comprehensive tests using Jest, React Testing

Library, and Cypress for E2E testing

• Implement real-time features using WebSockets,

Server-Sent Events, or polling strategies

API Design & Backend Development

• Design and build RESTful APIs using Node.js

(Express/Fastify) or Python (FastAPI/Flask) following OpenAPI specifications

• Develop GraphQL APIs where appropriate for complex data

querying needs

• Implement authentication and authorization (OAuth 2.0,

JWT, RBAC) for secure API access

• Build middleware for logging, rate limiting, caching,

error handling, and request validation

• Design database schemas and write efficient queries

(PostgreSQL, MongoDB, or similar)

• Implement API versioning, pagination, filtering, and

search capabilities

• Build and maintain microservices or serverless

functions (Azure Functions / AWS Lambda)

• Create API documentation using Swagger/OpenAPI and

maintain developer-facing docs

Integration & Data Layer

• Integrate frontend applications with data platforms

(Databricks, data warehouses, data lakes) through API layers

• Build data ingestion endpoints that accept, validate,

transform, and store incoming data

• Work with data engineers to consume curated datasets

and serve them through optimized APIs

• Implement caching strategies (Redis, CDN, browser

cache) for high-performance data delivery

• Connect to third-party services and APIs (payment

gateways, CRM, loyalty platforms, analytics tools)

AI / LLM Integration

• Build conversational AI interfaces (chatbots, knowledge

agents) using LLM APIs (OpenAI, Anthropic, Azure OpenAI)

• Implement RAG (Retrieval-Augmented Generation) patterns

for document Q&A and contextual search

• Create prompt engineering frameworks and manage AI

response streaming in React UIs

DevOps & Delivery

• Set up and maintain CI/CD pipelines (GitHub Actions,

Azure DevOps, GitLab CI)

• Containerize applications with Docker and deploy to

Kubernetes or cloud-managed services

• Implement monitoring, alerting, and observability

(Datadog, New Relic, or Application Insights)

• Conduct code reviews, mentor junior developers, and

drive engineering best practices

Requirements

Must have skills:

• 5–7 years of professional full stack development

experience in a product engineering environment

• Expert-level React.js (4+ years): hooks, context,

suspense, server components, performance patterns

• Strong TypeScript proficiency — type-safe component

development, generics, utility types

• Production experience building and consuming REST APIs

(Node.js with Express/Fastify or Python with FastAPI)

• Solid database skills: PostgreSQL or MySQL (schema

design, indexing, query optimization) and/or MongoDB

• Experience with modern CSS: Tailwind CSS, CSS Modules,

or Styled Components for scalable styling

• Proficiency with Git, branching strategies, PR

workflows, and collaborative development

• Experience with cloud platforms: Azure (preferred) or

AWS — app hosting, serverless, storage, CDN

• Strong understanding of web security: CORS, XSS, CSRF,

CSP, authentication flows

• Experience with Docker containerization and basic

Kubernetes or cloud-managed container services

• Familiarity with Agile/Scrum and working in

cross-functional, distributed teams

Good to have skills

• Experience with Next.js (App Router, SSR, ISR, API

routes) or Remix

• GraphQL development experience (Apollo Server/Client or

similar)

• Data visualization expertise: D3.js, Recharts, Plotly,

custom charting

• Experience integrating with LLM/AI APIs and building

AI-powered features

• Knowledge of Databricks, Apache Spark, or data

lake/warehouse concepts

• Experience with real-time systems: WebSockets, Kafka

consumers, event-driven architecture

• Familiarity with design tools (Figma) and

design-to-code workflows

• Understanding of retail / e-commerce domain (POS,

loyalty, customer analytics)

• Experience with Storybook for component documentation

and visual testing

• Knowledge of accessibility standards (WCAG) and

internationalization (i18n)

Education

Information Technology, or related field

• Relevant certifications are a plus: AWS/Azure
