Role Overview:
We are looking for a highly skilled Salesforce Technical Architect to lead the design and implementation of enterprise-scale Salesforce solutions. The ideal candidate will have a strong technical background, hands-on architecture experience, and the ability to guide development teams while collaborating closely with business and technical stakeholders.
Responsibilities:
- Design scalable, secure, and high-performing Salesforce solutions aligned with business requirements.
- Define technical architecture, integration strategies, and implementation best practices across the Salesforce ecosystem.
- Lead technical discussions and provide architectural guidance throughout the project lifecycle.
- Mentor developers and technical leads, ensuring adherence to coding standards and Salesforce best practices.
- Collaborate with Solution Architects, Business Analysts, Product Owners, and stakeholders to translate business needs into technical solutions.
- Design and oversee integrations between Salesforce and external systems using APIs, MuleSoft, and other middleware technologies.
- Conduct architecture and code reviews to ensure solution quality, scalability, and maintainability.
- Evaluate new Salesforce features and recommend adoption strategies.
- Support estimation, technical planning, and risk management activities.
- Ensure solutions comply with security, governance, and performance standards.
- 7+ years of experience within the Salesforce ecosystem.
- Proven experience as a Salesforce Technical Architect, Technical Lead, or a similar technical leadership role.
- Strong hands-on experience with one or more of the following:
- Data Cloud
- Agentforce
- Marketing Cloud
- Industry Clouds (Health Cloud, Education Cloud, Public Sector Solutions, Automotive Cloud, Manufacturing Cloud)
- Revenue Cloud
- MuleSoft
- Strong knowledge of Salesforce platform architecture, Apex, Lightning Web Components (LWC), Flows, APIs, and integration patterns.
- Experience designing enterprise-level solutions with a focus on scalability, performance, and security.
- Strong understanding of DevOps practices, CI/CD pipelines, and Salesforce deployment strategies.
- Excellent problem-solving, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
Preferred Qualifications• Salesforce Application Architect and/or System Architect certifications.
- Additional Salesforce certifications are highly desirable.
- Experience working in Agile/Scrum environments.
- Experience leading distributed or cross-functional technical teams.
