Roadway Project Manager

Description
We are looking for a Roadway Design Project Manager in Nashville with the opportunity to work on signature projects and mentor and lead junior design staff. Key Responsibilities
- Leading and mentorship of junior staff while managing the completion of multiple roadway design tasks
- Coordination with Project Managers to meet schedule and budget requirements
- Opportunity to be mentored and ultimately take on responsibilities as a Project Manager
- Preparation of accurate presentation, design, details and construction documents.
- Preparation of permit applications and submittal packages to Agencies having jurisdiction.
- Coordination with clients, subconsultants, permitting agencies, utility providers, contractors and other parties associated with the project.
- Development and adherence to project scope, schedules, and budgets.
Skills, Knowledge and Expertise
- A minimum of 6 years experience in all technical aspects of roadway design
- Experience in people management or supervision
- Experience with OpenRoads Designer preferred
- PE Certification is preferred
- Detail-oriented individual with strong technical and organizational skills
- Proficiency in spreadsheets, word processing and standard industry software.
- Works well in multidisciplinary team environments and ability to meet deadlines.
- Strong oral presentation and written communication skills
