About the role
Develop and maintain software modules for data logging, visualization, and processing, including writing documentation and designing and executing tests. Analyze defects, troubleshoot technical issues, support related products, and collaborate with software, hardware, and integration teams to deliver new functionality.

Candidates should have a master's degree in Computer Science, Electronics, or a related field, commercial software development experience, and very good knowledge of Linux and C++20/23. Knowledge of ASAM MDF and basic networking and communication protocols, along with good English and the ability to work in a team, is also required.

Join our team as a Senior Data Processing Software Engineer!
Your Role
- Implementation of software solutions in compliance with applicable standards.
- Development of software modules for data logging, visualization, and processing.
- Creation and maintenance of high-quality code in accordance with established coding standards.
- Preparation of technical and project documentation.
- Design, preparation, and execution of tests to verify software functionality and performance.
- Analysis of defects and troubleshooting of technical issues related to developed software.
- Collaboration with software, hardware, and system integration teams in the development and deployment of new functionalities.
- Providing product support for tools related to data logging, processing, and visualization.
- Continuously and systematically improving professional skills and technical expertise.
- Participation in resolving technical issues arising during project execution.
- Maintaining a positive company image in relations with customers and business partners.
- Ensuring confidentiality of company information and proper care of company assets.
- Performing assigned tasks in accordance with project schedules and quality standards
Your background
- Very good knowledge of Linux operating systems (Ubuntu, Debian) as a development environment and target deployment platform
- Very good knowledge of C++ 20/23
- Experience in commercial software development
- Master’s degree in Computer Science, Electronics, or a related field
- Knowledge of ASAM standards, in particular ASAM MDF (Measurement Data Format)
- Basic knowledge of networks and communication protocols (e.g., CAN, Ethernet, LIN, etc.)
- Good command of the English language
- Ability to work in a team
