We're looking for an experienced Product Marketing Manager to lead product marketing for Meta's AI research work, covering the models and advancements coming out of Meta Superintelligence Labs. In this role, you will help shape how the world understands what we're building and why it matters, and bring market and competitive perspectives to how technical research and model capabilities land with researchers, the industry, and the broader market.
This role sits on our central AI Marketing team and covers inbound, go-to-market and outbound product marketing. You will own competitive insights on the AI research and model ecosystem, use those insights to shape how we go to market, and help establish and drive Meta's AI leadership. This is a highly cross-functional role that will partner closely with Research, Product, Eng, Design, Comms and Policy, as well as other PMMs across the company. If you are a strategic product marketer who is technically curious, analytical and creative, has a bias for execution, experience leading complex projects in fast-paced environments, and is energized by the pace of frontier AI, then we'd like to connect with you.
Responsibilities
- Build and maintain a rigorous, always-current view of the AI research and model landscape across frontier AI labs—model releases, capability benchmarks, research directions, open-source dynamics and positioning—and translate it into actionable insights that shape how we go to market
- Drive go-to-market planning and execution for model and research launches, including channels, tactics, and assets, and own overall successful execution of GTM workstreams with cross functional partners
- Tackle complex problems with a strategic mindset, and create thoughtful recommendations and action plans for solving those problems
Minimum Qualifications
- 10+ years of full-time experience in Product Marketing, partnering closely with Product and technical teams
- Experience working with AI research and/or highly technical product areas
- Experience crafting GTM strategies based on competitive and audience insights
- Deep understanding of AI products and models
- Experience working with product, engineering, marketing, and communications teams at all levels of management, both internally and externally
- Experience driving presentations with executives and cross functional teams
- Experience and comfort in ambiguous, fast-paced environments
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Program management experience
- Experience working with design software and tools
- Bachelor's Degree in Business, Marketing or equivalent practical experience
Preferred Qualifications
- Copywriting experience
- MBA
- Experience working with global markets or cross-regional teams to support international product launches
- Experience adhering to and implementing responsible, ethical AI practices (e.g., risk assessment, bias mitigation, quality and accuracy reviews)
- Demonstrated ongoing AI skill development (e.g., prompt/context engineering, agent orchestration) and staying current with emerging AI technologies
- Demonstrated ability to integrate AI tools to optimize/redesign workflows and drive measurable impact (e.g., efficiency gains, quality improvements)
$160,000/year to $224,000/year + bonus + equity + benefits
