Position - Manager - Product Management & Marketing (Air Circuit Breakers)
Location - Mumbai
Roles & Responsibilities:
- Drive year-on-year (YoY) revenue growth for the assigned product portfolio while continuously improving gross margins and overall profitability.
- Identify emerging market segments, applications, and business opportunities; analyze competitive offerings to determine product gaps and enhancement requirements.
- Collaborate closely with Design, Engineering, and New Product Development teams to conceptualize, develop, and launch new products aligned with market needs.
- Develop and maintain product collateral, technical literature, application notes, and selection guides to support customers and sales teams in effective product selection and application.
- Prepare comprehensive product presentations, conduct competitive benchmarking, and develop technical comparison documents highlighting key product differentiators.
- Formulate and execute Go-to-Market (GTM) strategies for the product portfolio, taking into account market dynamics, customer requirements, and competitive positioning.
- Design product training programs and modules, and deliver technical and commercial training to customer-facing teams to enhance product knowledge and sales effectiveness.
- Drive customer experience enhancement initiatives by developing and enriching product collaterals, website content, technical blogs, application notes, and other customer-facing technical documentation. Ensure the content delivers clear value propositions, strengthens brand positioning, improves customer engagement, and supports customers throughout their product evaluation, selection, and usage journey.
