Full description

We are seeking an experienced Data Science & AI Specialist to develop and deploy Machine Learning, Artificial Intelligence, Predictive Analytics, and Generative AI solutions for business use cases. The ideal candidate will be responsible for analyzing structured and unstructured data, developing scalable AI models and data pipelines, driving actionable business insights, and ensuring model performance, governance, and regulatory compliance within the banking and financial services environment.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop, deploy, and maintain Machine Learning and AI models for business use cases.
  • Analyze structured and unstructured data to generate actionable insights and business recommendations.
  • Collaborate with business and technology stakeholders to identify challenges and deliver data-driven solutions.
  • Develop and maintain data pipelines, feature engineering processes, and model monitoring frameworks.
  • Build predictive analytics solutions for customer, risk, and operational insights.
  • Implement Generative AI, Large Language Models (LLMs), NLP, and advanced analytics initiatives.
  • Analyze large and complex datasets and translate findings into actionable business recommendations.
  • Monitor model performance, scalability, accuracy, and reliability, and implement improvements where required.
  • Ensure AI and ML solutions comply with governance, risk management, regulatory, and compliance requirements.
  • Present analytical findings, insights, and recommendations to business stakeholders and executive leadership.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional business and technology teams to deliver scalable and production-ready AI solutions.

Requirements

  • 7–10 years of experience in Data Science, Artificial Intelligence, Machine Learning, or related fields.
  • Strong expertise in Python, SQL, Machine Learning, Deep Learning, and Statistical Modeling.
  • Hands-on experience with LLMs, Generative AI, NLP, TensorFlow, PyTorch, and/or Scikit-learn.
  • Strong experience in Predictive Analytics and advanced data solutions.
  • Mandatory experience in the Banking or Financial Services sector.
  • Strong understanding of AI governance, model risk management, regulatory requirements, and compliance standards.
  • Experience developing and deploying scalable AI/ML models and data pipelines.
  • Strong analytical, problem-solving, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
  • Ability to translate complex data and analytical findings into clear business recommendations.
  • Experience working with senior management and executive stakeholders is preferred.
  • Arabic speaking is required.
