Job Description
SummaryThe Financial Analyst – Group Companies, will provide overall financial support in making informed strategic decisions & financial/business analysis. This role is ideal for an early career finance professional who will be responsible for the financial direction of multiple holding organizations including Real Estate, Investments, Insurance, and Personal finances for the family office.

Primary Responsibilities
- Prepare and review monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements for multiple holding and investment entities.
- Create and maintain, improve financial dashboards, while utilizing different AI tools. (Claude, Copilot, etc.)
- Lead finance-related projects from planning through implementation, ensuring timely and successful execution.
- Monitor financial reporting processes, identify gaps or risks, and implement process improvements and corrective actions.
- Conduct detailed financial analysis, valuation, due diligence, and performance monitoring of existing and prospective investments.
- Manage consolidated cash flow forecasts, liquidity planning, and funding requirements across various investments and entities.
- Analyze periodic financial and operational reports, providing actionable insights and recommendations to senior management and family stakeholders.
- Additional duties as assigned.
Required Experience
- A minimum of 1 year of relevant working financial analysis experience.
- University Degree in Accounting, Business, Economics, Math or a related field.
- CPA, CFA designtions or working towards one is an asset.
- Strong work ethic and reliability, with a high sense of accountability and persistence in achieving goals.
- Excellent interpersonal skills to build positive relationships and manage conflicts constructively.
- High integrity, adhering to ethical standards and taking responsibility for financial actions.
- Proficient in data analytics and Excel (pivot tables, VLOOKUPs, common formulas), with strong attention to detail.
- Effective problem-solving and strategic thinking skills, understanding costing models and financial analysis.
- Clear and concise communication skills to convey financial information effectively.
