Primary Responsibilities:

  • Person will be responsible for managing end-to-end projects (clinical and non-clinical) running for the client’s initiatives
  • Defining project scope, objectives, and deliverables aligned with healthcare regulations and organizational goals
  • Develop detailed project plans, timelines, and resource allocation
  • Identify risks and create mitigation strategies
  • Collaborating with clinical, administrative, and IT teams to gather requirements
  • Provide regular status updates to leadership and stakeholders
  • Maintain documentation for audits and compliance
  • Facilitate meetings and ensure transparency in progress tracking
  • Comply with the terms and conditions of the employment contract, company policies and procedures, and any and all directives (such as, but not limited to, transfer and/or re-assignment to different work locations, change in teams and/or work shifts, policies in regards to flexibility of work benefits and/or work environment, alternative work arrangements, and other decisions that may arise due to the changing business environment). The Company may adopt, vary or rescind these policies and directives in its absolute discretion and without any limitation (implied or otherwise) on its ability to do so

Required Qualifications:

  • 5+ years of experience in IT project management, preferably in healthcare
  • Proven people management experience
  • Good experience of any of the project management tool e.g. MS Project, ServiceNow
  • Basic understanding of the IT infrastructure/SDLC
  • Proven solid team-oriented skills and ability to lead cross functional teams
  • Proven solid communication skills. Must have prior experience working with onshore clients
  • Proven ability to handle multiple tasks and manage competing priorities effectively
  • Proven solid orientation toward customer service and teamwork.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • PMP or equivalent certification
  • Agile experience
  • Familiarity with HIPAA or other compliance standards
