Requires a B.E/B.Tech in Mechanical Engineering with 2-5 years of experience in the valve industry. Must have strong knowledge of ASME, ASTM, API, and EN standards, along with certifications like PED and CRN.

To ensure the quality requirements of company products and process, meets the customer requirements
and ensure quality standards.
Key Responsibilities
- Go through complete customer order requirements, PR and other specifications
- Understand the Quality Documents like ITP, JQR (Job Quality Requirements), NDE & Other Procedures, Material
Standard specification inline to Project requirements.
- Work closely with Project Engineering on complaining the quality documentation.
- Submit Manufacturing Quality documents to customer as per the agreed timeline.
- Lessons Learnt to be captured and it should be followed in every project.
- Support Inside sales for pre /post - inspection/documentation queries and documents w.r.t quality .
- Work closely with cross functional team & supplier and ensure the project quality requirements thru meetings.
- Knowledge of various testing and material standards with respect to valve industry (ASME/EN)
- Customer inspection handling experience.
- Knowledge of various certification requirements.
- Knowledge of digitalisation in documentation and strong appetite for the same.
- Ensure all documents are maintained as per QMS & company policy.

Critical Competencies for Success
- Strong Knowledge in Valve Standards and Material & Testing Standards - ASME, ASTM, API, EN, IS & BS Standards
- Knowledge on PED, CRN, S -stamp, API & other certifications w.r.t valve Industry
- Preferred to have knowledge in Nuclear Valves
- Knowledge in MS Offic e
- Education qualification: B.E / B Tech – Mechanical.
- Experience: 2 – 3 Years
