Senior B2C Product Manager
The Consumer department at AT&T TLV is currently focused on AT&T's mobile app, enabling over 17M monthly active users to control all aspects of their account with AT&T (Internet and Mobile services). We are looking for an experienced Senior Product Manager to join our Product team.
We are seeking a strategic, customer-focused, and data-driven Senior Product Manager to lead the vision, strategy, execution, and growth of high-impact product experiences. The Senior Product Manager is responsible for identifying meaningful customer problems, defining product direction, aligning cross-functional teams, and delivering measurable business and customer outcomes.
This role operates at the intersection of customer needs, business objectives, technology capabilities, and market opportunities. Successful candidates demonstrate strong product judgment, customer empathy, analytical rigor, and the ability to influence without authority while leading complex initiatives across engineering, design, analytics, marketing, and business stakeholders.
Key Responsibilities
- Define product vision, strategy, and roadmap by combining customer insights, business goals, market trends, competitive context, and growth opportunities.
- Own product outcomes by translating strategy into actionable plans, prioritizing investments, partnering with engineering and design, and managing tradeoffs, risks, and dependencies through delivery.
- Define and use product metrics, customer feedback, experiments, and performance data to guide decisions and improve adoption, engagement, retention, and business outcomes.
- Lead cross-functional alignment by influencing stakeholders, resolving ambiguity, building consensus around priorities and tradeoffs, and clearly communicating product direction.
- Apply industry trends, AI capabilities, emerging technologies, and architectural understanding to create customer value, improve decisions, and advance responsible innovation.
Requirements
Required Qualifications
- 7+ years of product management experience delivering customer-facing products.
- Demonstrated experience owning product strategy and roadmap development.
- Experience leading complex cross-functional initiatives from concept through launch.
- Strong analytical and data interpretation skills.
- Excellent written, verbal, and executive communication abilities in English.
- Strong presentation and storytelling skills — ability to craft compelling narratives for leadership, stakeholders, and cross-functional audiences.
- Proven success influencing stakeholders at multiple organizational levels.
- Experience working closely with engineering and design teams.
- Bachelor's degree in business, Engineering, Computer Science, or related field.
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience mentoring product managers and contributing to organizational product practices.
- Experience working across geographies or with distributed teams.
