Position Responsibilities

  • Analyze Facilities data to prepare insights and recommendations that help Uline leaders make informed business decisions.
  • Investigate operational challenges, identify root causes and recommend solutions that improve efficiency and performance.
  • Identify cost-saving opportunities and work with teams across the business to support implementation.
  • Evaluate customer feedback and performance trends to uncover opportunities for improvement.
  • Support operational audits, evaluate findings and recommend improvements to Facilities processes and operations.

Minimum Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree. Major in Business, Data or Finance preferred.
  • 3+ years of relevant experience.
  • Proficient in Excel, SQL and Power BI.
  • Excellent organizational and communication skills with great attention to detail.
  • Travel to Uline’s North American locations and to international locations as needed.
